When I'm at a restaurant or someone else is feeding me. I eat plant based + bivalves when I'm stocking my own kitchen and preparing my own food (which is most of my meals by far). Some people wouldn't be able to maintain anything resembling a vegetarian diet if they didn't 'cheat' a little.
